Can I manage multiple locations centrally?

Not yet in a single dashboard. Multi-location management is on the roadmap but not currently available. The best approach right now: a separate license per store, each store manager works in their own environment, and staff who rotate between locations get added per location. Let us know if this matters to you so we can gauge demand.

Does it work with flex and zero-hour contracts?

Yes. Flex staff submit availability and are scheduled from that pool. Permanent contracts are tracked against their agreed hours so you instantly see when someone exceeds their contract.

Do employees receive their schedule automatically?

Yes. Every employee logs into their own portal, sees their own shifts plus those of colleagues and other departments, and gets an email or push automatically on changes.

How do I check whether coverage for a busy Saturday is enough?

The week view shows all departments stacked with shifts per day. You plan yourself and see at a glance where a row is thinly staffed. An automatic minimum-coverage check isn't a feature (yet).
