Can Planvyo rotate a 3-shift schedule?

Yes. Set up early/late/night rotation as a template and roll it out per week. The tool tracks rest hours and legal breaks, so you don't accidentally place two shifts on the same employee within 11 hours.

How do I keep track of overtime?

Per employee you see total planned hours per week. Compare that with their contract hours yourself; hours above it can be tracked and exported separately in the Timesheet add-on. Automatic overtime flagging isn't a feature (yet).

Is there payroll integration?

We offer CSV exports and payroll-ready formats (Nmbrs, Loket, AFAS-compatible). Direct API integration is in the Enterprise add-on.

Does it work for drivers and external routes?

Yes. Drivers are planned as regular staff, with route info in the shift note. For full route planning customers often link Planvyo to their TMS via the API add-on.
