Can Planvyo handle different opening hours per department?

Yes. Each department has its own default times (e.g. kitchen 09:30–17:30, bar 17:00–01:00) that appear automatically when you place a shift. You can override per shift.

How do we handle on-call and flex contracts?

On-call staff are set up as availability-driven. They submit availability, you plan from that pool. Fixed contract or zero-hours, same system.

Does it work for a single venue with 10 people?

Yes. Starter (EUR 19 base + EUR 2.50 per employee/mo) is designed for small teams up to 25 employees. No need to digitize your whole business first.

Can I export the roster for payroll?
