Refund Policy

Below we explain clearly and concisely how Planvyo handles refunds. This policy applies alongside our Terms and Conditions and forms an integral part thereof.

1. General principle

Planvyo is a business-to-business service (B2B). We do not refund paid subscription fees. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions, regardless of how much you have used the Service.

This is a deliberate choice: it allows us to offer a sharp price and focus fully on improving the Service.

2. What happens on cancellation?

Example: you paid for an annual subscription on 1 February and cancel on 1 May. You keep access until 31 January of the following year. No refund is given for the remaining period.

3. Discount codes and launch codes

Discount codes (such as LAUNCH50) are a temporary promotional benefit. Upon cancellation or termination, the value of a used discount is never paid out or offset in money, credits or any other form.

4. Exceptions

We only deviate from this policy in specific situations, and solely at our own discretion:

6. This is not consumer law

Planvyo is intended exclusively for business customers. The statutory right of withdrawal for consumers (14-day cooling-off) therefore does not apply.
